We will recommend a service provider to you but you will have the freedom to choose the service provider for your website.

Yes, you own the site after full payment. You will have full control and the site will be fully editable.

We do not charge any monthly fee for running your website. Project files/source codes will be uploaded to your hosting server. 

You just need to pay for hosting/domain/premium plugins to the third-party vendor in future.

We will collect 50% as deposit upon project confirmation. The balance will be paid when the project is delivered.

Yes we provide maintenance service for our existing clients. It will be charged by task instead of a monthly subscription. Feel free to contact us  if you need to update or make changes to your site.

Under normal circumstances, refund requests will not be considered.
If at any time you would like to cancel or halt the project, you can send us a written message and we make appropriate arrangements.
